Upstate Home Exteriors was founded by Lynn and Dave Ramsey.  Dave had started with LeafGuard in Charlotte, N.C. where he met his wife, Lynn, who worked in the marketing department for the Carolina Panthers of the NFL.  

The couple bought the LeafGuard Gutters franchise in Greenville, S.C. in the late 1990’s.  But the couple dreamed of a larger home improvement company that could offer more products and services.  Today, LeafGuard of South Carolina & Upstate Home Exteriors is the result of those dreams.
